Working Out

So a few weeks ago, we got a Nautilus machine. It seems like a pretty nice machine - no problems to report. It is the NS600X Strength System. I am sorry that I cannot provide you a link, but Nautilus' website is not built like their machines. Hopefully their webmaster (do people still use that term?) will see this post and do something about it. Basically, you cannot get to their specific machine description without going back through their main website. We actually thought twice about buying the machine based on the user experience there.I was reluctant though to use the machine. But I did. And in the couple of weeks that I have been using it, I have seen a difference.
For example, a t-shirt that has a "collar" around the sleeve is actually tight. I am impressed actually. We live in a world where we expect everything yesterday and I am no different - with the exception that I would like it two days ago. So seeing that extra bulk there actually shows me I am doing something right.
When we get back from the Microsoft MVP Summit in Seattle, a trainer will come out (one free session) and hopefully I will be able to go over everything to see what I am doing wrong, etc.
I am also amazed at how difficult some of the exercises are to do, even on a lower "setting". But can you believe it - I am actually working out now. I guess things really can change.
